A brand video featuring real voices from ETU, combining interview content and workplace b-roll to introduce their global mission in simulation-based learning.


OBJECTIVE

To create an authentic About video that captures ETU’s mission, platform and people through a balanced mix of talking-head storytelling and brand-focused visuals.


THE CHALLENGE

ETU wanted a video that:

  • Felt personal, grounded and team-driven

  • Balanced vision and personality

  • Could be used across web, social, hiring and investor decks

  • Featured key spokespeople without relying on scripted delivery

We produced a company story video for ETU, featuring interviews with Declan Dagger and Katie Laidlaw and showcasing their mission through real workplace visuals.


OUR APPROACH

We filmed unscripted talking-head interviews with Declan Dagger and Katie Laidlaw, two senior voices at ETU and wove their perspectives into a cohesive brand narrative:

  • Filmed interviews in a relaxed, interview-style format

  • Captured b-roll of both speakers working, meeting and engaging with the platform

  • Used natural light and shallow depth of field for a warm, focused aesthetic

  • Structured the final edit around key themes: what ETU does, why it matters and who’s behind it

  • Included subtitles and formatting for LinkedIn and embedded player use

The result is a genuine, people-first video that reflects ETU’s brand tone: thoughtful, purposeful and globally impactful.
