THE CHALLENGE
This project needed to:
Bring the journey of a guide dog puppy to life with warmth and clarity
Show how volunteers, trainers, and supporters shape every stage of a puppy’s path to partnership
Align with IGDB’s tone of care, positivity, and inspiration
Be suitable for long-term use across digital channels, social media, events, and educational outreach

OUR APPROACH
Together Video led the end-to-end creative process:
