An animated explainer outlining how GLS Flex gives customers control over delivery times and locations — with no app required.


OBJECTIVE

To introduce the features and benefits of GLS Flex — a flexible delivery option allowing recipients to redirect, reschedule or update delivery details via a simple digital platform.

We created an easy-to-follow animation that walks the viewer through GLS Flex’s key features — supporting better customer experience and reduced failed deliveries.


THE CHALLENGE

GLS needed a video that could:

  • Clearly explain the value and function of GLS FlexDelivery

  • Be visual and quick to grasp, especially for non-native speakers

  • Work across web, mobile and in-store environments

We created an easy-to-follow animation that walks the viewer through GLS Flex’s key features


OUR APPROACH

We produced a 2D animation with a clean, icon-based visual language and straightforward narration, we also:

  • Used friendly motion design and simplified character animation

  • Delivered branded visuals aligned with GLS identity
