OBJECTIVE

To raise awareness of Mail Metrics’ core offering by outlining key pain points in customer communications and presenting a clear, compelling solution — all within a visually engaging 90-second format.

Together Video partnered with Mail Metrics to develop a sleek, brand-led explainer that simplifies a complex offering — helping clients instantly understand how Mail Metrics makes communication easier, faster and smarter.


THE CHALLENGE

The video needed to:

  • Address a common but overlooked challenge — outdated, paper-heavy customer comms

  • Be visually engaging without relying on a live product UI

  • Speak to decision-makers in finance, utilities, healthcare and government

  • Explain Mail Metrics as both a managed service and a digital comms platform

  • Be adaptable for social campaigns, sales presentations and website use

We produced a 90-second animated explainer, outlining how they help businesses digitise and streamline their essential customer communications.


OUR APPROACH

We designed a crisp 2D motion graphics explainer to reflect Mail Metrics’ brand identity:

  • Structured the script around a Problem → Solution → Outcome framework

  • Used animated icons, characters and workflows to illustrate key pain points and product benefits

  • Included callouts on core service areas:

    • Postal outsourcing

  • Delivered both a 90-second version and a short-form cut for social media (30–40 seconds)
