Inside Perigord – A Careers Video Featuring Real Team Voices

To promote Perigord as an exciting, people-first workplace that offers opportunity, innovation and a collaborative culture — helping to attract new talent and reinforce internal pride.

We worked with Perigord to deliver a careers video that reflects the company’s professionalism, opportunities, diversity and international scope — directly through the voices of its team.

The goal was to produce a video that:

• Felt genuine and people-focused, not corporate or scripted

• Reflected the company’s international reach and collaborative spirit

• Supported recruitment efforts in multiple departments

• Highlighted employee experiences, workplace values and the physical work environment

We filmed on location at Perigord’s Dublin offices, interviewing staff members and capturing daily life inside the company:

• Filmed unscripted interviews with a variety of team members across roles and departments

• Captured fly-on-the-wall B-roll of collaboration, meetings and relaxed moments

• Showcased open-plan spaces, breakout areas and team activity

• Structured the narrative around "what it means to work at Perigord", told from the inside
